For Non-Atex applications, like tankcleaning, cleaning seawater intakes and other large diameter pipelines, the TWK300, can be equipped with powerful electric drives and cameras.

The required single hybrid cable, with compressed air, power, communication and video is lightweight and allows cleaning long lengths of up to 1000m.

With its pneumatic arm folded down, the TWK300 fits a 400mm (16”) access point and can be used to clean close to the pipe surface inside 1000-3000mm (40-120”) pipelines. For applications underwater, the lances can be equipped with cavitation cleaning nozzles to increase the cleaning efficiency underwater.

The robot’s cable and high pressure hose are available with 120m (400ft) manual reels, or for longer lengths with electric or hydraulic reels. The control unit is available as a mobile suitcase or vehicle installed control unit. The reels and control units of the TWK300 are compatible with the PRO-JETTING R600 tracked industrial robot and Sewer Robotics robot systems.
