The TWK300 Drive, tank cleaning at its best

The TWK300 Drive, a robotic system for cleaning large diameter pipelines and horizontal oil storage tanks from 1000 to 3000 mm (40 "to 120") with pressures up to 2800bar (40,600 psi). The swiveling rotor has two interchangeable lances for intensive cleaning close to the surface.

A mechanical pressure valve makes it easy to switch between cleaning the wall with the rotating lances or cleaning the head with the forward nozzles.

The TWK300 fits through a manhole of 400 mm (16 ") or larger thanks to a pneumatic folding arm and can be equipped with electric drives and camera, or with water hydraulic drives for Atex Explosion Zone 1 or Explosion Zone 0 (maximum 7,250 psi / 500 bar).
