The PRO-JETTING R600 is a powerful and multi-functional modular robot for industrial cleaning, suction excavation, high pressure jetting and inspection applications in confined spaces. The stainless steel robot is tough, without delicate exterior components, easy to operate and easy to service.

And, it just takes minutes to prepare a single R600 robot for a wide scope of different applications with its innovative mechanism to attach various job-specific modules, including:

  • Surface Preparation & Marking or Striping Removal with dual rotating nozzle bars (Max. 40LPM at 2800 bar) and vacuum debris recovery.
  • Vacuum Excavation & Suction Sludge or Bulk Waste Removal with movable suction arm, various compatible suction heads and high pressure nozzles.
  • Large Diameter Pipe & Tank Cleaning with foldable arm and adjustable lances rotating close to the tank surface for intense cleaning.
  • Cold Cutting & (Ultra) High Pressure Jetting with a foldable arm and multi-axis movements.
  • Your Custom Application with programmable outputs that allow additional cameras, sensors and electronic- or pneumatic driven features for easy customization for your specialty jobs.

The R600 has powerful electric tracks, multiple cameras and connected with its control unit via a single, lightweight, hybrid cable. This robot system is available, with a very small footprint, as a mobile configuration (Max. 100m cable), plug-and-play Skid for Vans or Trailers, or as a Full-Box build-out with convenient operator studio, (Ultra) high pressure unit, electric and water supplies.
