The DiveWise Equipment cavitation Rotor Cleaner features 2 cavitation jets that rotate inside the dome for fast removal of marine fouling, oysters and barnacles from fish nets, boat hulls and other large underwater surfaces.

The SR450 rotor cleaner is made out of the highest quality materials and very ergonomic to use. The cavitation jets create a negative pressure under the dome that pulls the rotor cleaner to the surface that is cleaned. The diver/ ROV does only need to move the rotor cleaner over the surface to remove all fouling of a 450mm wide section.

Pressure and Flow

The DiveWise rotor cleaners are most powerful at pressures from 150 to 300 bar (2,175 - 4,350psi) with a flow between 20 and 40 LPM (5.3 – 10.5 GPM) for a single rotor cleaner and between 40 and 80 LPM (10.5 – 21 GPM) for a double rotor cleaner.

Coating removal

The cavitation rotor cleaner at higher pressures, is very effective in removing antifouling and other (instable) coatings. An injector module can be added to transport removed coatings and other materials to the surface, where it could be filtered.
